Seth Pattison is the founder of Holland Land Co. and brings more than twenty years of combined experience in real estate valuation, land services, finance, and natural resource-related property analysis. His background includes real estate appraisal, timber and forestry, title and land research, and the analysis of complex real property rights.

His experience is supported by a practical understanding of land ownership and resource-based property interests, including timber resources, oil and gas interests, easements, rights-of-way, and the legal and economic factors that influence real estate value. This diverse background provides a broad perspective when analyzing rural, agricultural, recreational, and other specialized properties.

Seth is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and serves on the Board of Directors for the ASFMRA Northeast Chapter.
