Seth Pattison is the founder of Holland Land Co. and brings more than twenty years of combined experience in real estate valuation, land services, and natural resource-related property analysis. His background includes real estate appraisal, timber and forestry, title and land research, and the evaluation of complex real property rights.

His experience is strengthened by a practical understanding of land ownership and resource-based property interests, including timber resources, oil and gas ownership, and the legal and economic factors that influence value. This diverse background provides a unique perspective on the analysis of real estate and the rights associated with land ownership.

Seth is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. Throughout his career, he has completed assignments involving a wide range of real estate interests and valuation challenges, with a continued focus on land, natural resources, and complex real property rights.

He is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and serves on the Board of Directors for the ASFMRA Northeast Chapter. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and remains committed to advancing professional standards and providing credible, well-supported valuation and advisory services.
